Most of my experience is focused on backend data manipulation, game creation tools coding, and GUI implementation in addition to design input, but I like to get involved in the entire scope of computer game creation. Artificial Intelligence is a big interest of mine and what I focused most of my Master’s degree on.
Front-End Development: I have several years of experience in improving and implementing GUI in games, and have created and improved game creation tools. I also have experience in implementing social media and microtransaction features to engage players in games.
Back-End Development: I managed cloud infrastructure for hundreds of environments, in order to greatly improve stability based on platform observability metrics. I helped develop the server backend for poker tournament software, and I’ve built numerous smaller tools to allow client applications to interface with servers. In a motorcycle simulation game, I improved the game physics and enhanced immersion. I also have experience in parsing MP4 metadata for embedded information that can be overlaid on videos for analysis. In addition, I created built-in conversion between different measurement types in projects, and greatly enhanced KML parsing in projects that I’ve worked on.
